Manage Your Macrostock Subscription

The activation code should be written on a flyer included in the Macrostock box.  This code is required to activate the mobile data connectivity link that Macrostock users.  If this code has been lost then still create a new Macrostock account using the Coupon code "NoActivationCode".  This will trigger our system to not start the subscription until the issue has been resolved.  Contact Te Pari as soon as possible to get this resolved.

Yes we do.  All new subscriptions have 10 days free. Your sales or technical support rep may also give you a code for additional trials should 10 days not be sufficient.

Please signup for the monthly subscription and any time within the free period, contact Te Pari directly.  We can setup an annual payment plan for you.  However, there is no discount for an annual subscription.

This is fine.  We do need every user to create an account to setup their system.  Simply create a new subscription with the coupon code newUser1month and activate the account.  This step is required to get a starting database into your system and to ensure your system is upto date with the latest releases.  Once sorted, simply go to Manage My Subscription and cancel the subscription.  As long as this is done within the free use period there will be no charge to your credit card.  You will be able to continue to use Macrostock without data connection to the cloud.
