Te Pari Products is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of post-sale yard installation projects nationwide. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring projects run smoothly, customers are supported at every step, and installations are completed to Te Pari’s high standards.

You’ll be the key link between customers, contractors, our production team, and internal stakeholders—driving project success through communication, planning, and exceptional follow-through. If you're proactive, solutions-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving operational environment, this role is for you.

This role can be based out of our Orange or Wagga Wagga offices.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage all post-sale installation projects from handover to completion
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities across production, logistics, and contractors
  • Conduct pre-site and post-installation checks, ensuring quality standards are achieved
  • Track project costs, deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation and back-costing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers—providing updates, resolving issues, and building strong relationships
  • Maintain clear communication with contractors, negotiate quotes, and raise purchase orders
  • Provide support and coordination with the AU Yard Install team
  • Prepare project reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion Te Pari’s Health & Safety standards across all worksites
  • Manage installation vehicle inventory and ensure equipment is kept organised

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or field-based project delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and contractors
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working autonomously and travelling as required
  • A practical mindset and confidence conducting site visits
  • Experience in building, construction, agriculture, or a trade-based environment (advantageous)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Business Central (advantageous)

Why Join Te Pari?

  • Work within a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team
  • Play a key role in delivering projects that directly impact customers and the agricultural sector
  • Be part of an organisation committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and contribute to meaningful operational enhancements
