Shipping & Returns

We offer specialized freight options for a variety of products. Please see the summary of our updated freight charges below:

  • Cattle Yards, Crushes and Racewells: Delivery to farm from Epping is charged at $ per kilometer rate. 
  • Spare Parts: Spare parts can be shipped in a Courier Bag for $20 or in a Medium Carton for $35 + GST.
  • Other Items: Products like Jetters, Dosing Guns, Vetmarkers, and similar items have specific shipping rates based on the destination state. Please contact us for detailed information.

Important Notes:

  • Free Shipping applies only to the lowest-cost carrier and cannot be used for expedited shipping services. Most deliveries are handled by Aus Post, which requires a street address. We recommend avoiding delivery to P.O. Boxes.
    If your order is urgent, please contact us for delivery costs at 1800 650 682.
  • Any additional charges for special crate packaging or redelivery will be communicated to you via phone or email. These charges will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • In the unlikely event of any damage or shortage to your order, please note it on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Contact our customer service department, and we will promptly address the issue.

How do I return an Item?

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Call 1800-650-682 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
  • Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
  • Carefully box the item with adequate packing and ship to:
    • Te Pari Products Pty Ltd – Returns Dept.
      172 Jersey Drive
      Epping 3076 VIC.

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing. 
  • No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
  • If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
