We'll ship almost anything you can order on our site to anywhere in Australia — for free!

Ground Shipping is FREE every day of the week! 

It's that simple... No minimums. No kidding.

Free Shipping applies to the lowest cost carrier only and cannot be applied to expedited shipping services. Most of our deliveries are shipped via Aus Post, which will only deliver to a street address. We recommend you do not select delivery to a P.O. Box.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.
  • In the unlikely event of any damage or shortage to your order, please note it on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Contact our customer service department and they will promptly take care of any issues.
  • Additional charges may be incurred for special crate packaging. Any additional charges will be communicated via phone or email.

How do I return an Item?

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Call 1800-650-682 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
  • Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
  • Carefully box the item with adequate packing and ship to:
    • Te Pari Products Pty Ltd – Returns Dept.
      172 Jersey Drive
      Epping 3076 VIC.

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing. 
  • No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
  • If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
