Terms and Conditions
One entry per person, entrants must be over 18 years old. The winner will be drawn at random on 30th June 2025.
Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The promoter is Te Pari Products Ltd, 9 Endeavour Crescent, Oamaru. Entry is open to the public during the promotional period, except for: employees of Te Pari, their advertising and promotional agencies and, in both cases, their immediate families.
Entries open at 5am, 1st June 2025 and close at 11.59pm, 20th June 2025.
To enter, the promotion entrants must complete the entry form. Upon completion and submission of the entry form, eligible persons will be entered into the contest for one (1) chance to win (i.e. one entry). Entrants can only enter once (1 time). The prize consists of one (1) Revolution Dosing Gun. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner will be contacted by phone or email by 4th July 2025 to arrange delivery or pick up of the prize.
By entering the prize draw, the entrant, except if prohibited by law, grants Te Pari and their affiliated companies the right to use their name, likeness, picture, biographical information and submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law. By completing the entry form, entrants consent that submitted material will become the property of Te Pari and may be used at Te Pari’s discretion. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter.The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event. Te Pari and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Te Pari reserves the right to use the winners’ name for reasonable publicity associated with the competition.
