3 Year Structural Steel Warranty

All structural steelwork and fabrication on your Te Pari product is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase from Te Pari.

Stockend Warranty

If a steel yard panel is bent due to sideways pressure from stock within 3 years of delivery, we will replace the panel at no cost to you.

1 Year Powered Components Warranty

All powered components (pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic) on your Te Pari product are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase from Te Pari.

Our experienced Technical Support team can help with commissioning and training for your auto sheep handler or powered cattle crush. We also keep a full range of parts in stock, so if you ever need assistance, help is close at hand.

Lifetime Warranty on the Headbail Locking System

Te Pari C1000 and C3000 headbails feature a durable locking mechanism (lock box) that operates quietly and automatically locks at any position. It’s covered by a lifetime warranty.

Any warranty repair or replacement must be authorised by Te Pari before work proceeds.

3 years total parts & labour cover

Enjoy 3 years of parts and labour cover, including all powered components.
This adds an extra 2 years of protection, as powered components normally carry a standard 12-month warranty.

Scheduled 24-Month Service

The Extended Warranty includes a scheduled service at 24 months from purchase. This covers labour and travel, helps keep your equipment running smoothly, and allows us to complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
