Manage Your Macrostock Subscription

The activation code is on a flyer included in your Macrostock box. You need it to activate the mobile data connection.

If you’ve lost the code, still create a new Macrostock account and use the coupon code NoActivationCode. This will prevent the subscription from starting until the issue is resolved.

Then contact Te Pari as soon as possible to get your activation code.

Yes we do.  All new subscriptions have 10 days free. Your sales or technical support rep may also give you a code for additional trials should 10 days not be sufficient.

Subscriptions are set up as monthly payments by default. If you’d prefer to pay annually, sign up for the monthly subscription first. At any time during the free trial period, contact Te Pari and we can arrange an annual payment plan for you. Please note, there is no discount for annual subscriptions.

Yes, that’s fine. Every user still needs to create an account to set up their system. Here’s how:

1. Create a new subscription and use the coupon code newUser1month to activate your account.
2. This step sets up the starting database in your system and ensures you have the latest software updates.
3. Once that’s done, go to Manage My Subscription and cancel the subscription.

If you cancel during the free trial period, you won’t be charged, and you can continue using Macrostock without connecting your data to the cloud.

Currently all subscriptions require a valid credit card.
