Warehouse Operative - Oamaru

Te Pari is a family-owned, global leader in livestock handling and animal management equipment. We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our busy team in Oamaru.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (approx. 47.5 hours, Monday–Friday) where you’ll work across a variety of warehouse functions — supporting internal departments and fulfilling orders for customers across New Zealand and around the world.

You’ll be hands-on with picking, packing, stock handling, and forklift operation, while also helping out with the computer and data side of warehouse operations. Accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and supplying parts to the factory efficiently
• Loading/unloading deliveries and maintaining accurate records
• Safely operating forklifts and handling stock
• Working collaboratively to ensure on-time and accurate part delivery to the internal customer

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential)
• A current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Great time management, attention to detail, and accuracy
• A positive, hands-on, team-focused attitude
