About the Role

This is a key support role where you will work closely with our Systems and Business Analyst to ensure robust, integrated, and efficient technology operations across the business.  You’ll be supporting both office and factory environments, managing IT contractors, and driving improvements in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• IT Support: Provide responsive support across hardware, software, and network systems for all staff.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage external IT support contractors to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.
• Systems Integration: Collaborate with the Systems and Business Analyst to implement and maintain integrations between platforms and tools.
• Hardware Oversight: Manage and maintain hardware assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and factory equipment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Administer and support Business Central, Customer Engagement (CE), and Marketing modules and assist with configuration, customization, and user training.
• AI Awareness: Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to practical applications within the business.
• Factory Support: Provide hands-on IT support in factory settings, ensuring systems and equipment are operational and efficient.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s experienced, organised, confident and has a practical skill set to bring to this role.

• Strong experience in IT support and systems integration.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central, CE, Marketing).
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
• Comfortable working in both office and factory environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; a true team player.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in manufacturing desired
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT support.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communicator
