At Te Pari Products, our customers aren’t just customers, they’re the backbone of New Zealand.
They’re early starters, problem-solvers, and salt-of-the-earth people who rely on gear that works and teams that follow through. That’s where you come in.
Te Pari Products is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end delivery of post-sale yard installation projects nationwide. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring projects run smoothly, customers feel supported at every step, and installations are completed to Te Pari’s high standards, because on-farm, “nearly right” isn’t right.
You’ll be the key link between our customers and internal teams, driving project success through communication, planning, and exceptional follow-through. If you're proactive, solutions-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving operational environment where your work has a direct impact on real people and real farms, this role is for you.
This role is based out of our Oamaru offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all post-sale installation projects from handover to completion
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities across production, logistics, and installers
- Conduct pre-site and post-installation checks, ensuring quality standards are achieved
- Track project costs, deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation and back-costing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers—providing updates, resolving issues, and building strong relationships
- Maintain clear communication with contractors, negotiate quotes, and raise purchase orders
- Provide support and coordination with the NZ Yard Install team
- Prepare project reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion Te Pari’s Health & Safety standards across all worksites
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, operations, or field-based project delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and contractors
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working autonomously and travelling as required
- A practical mindset and confidence conducting site visits
- Experience in building, construction, agriculture, or a trade-based environment (advantageous)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Business Central (advantageous)
Why Join Te Pari?
- Work within a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team
- Play a key role in delivering projects that directly impact our “salt of the earth” farming customers and the agricultural sector
- Be part of an organisation committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
- Opportunities to grow your skills and contribute to meaningful operational enhancements
- Take pride in work that’s practical, hands-on, and valued — because farmers remember who shows up and follows through
