Te Pari is a global market-leading manufacturer of livestock handling and animal management systems. Due to ongoing expansion in the market, our team is on the hunt for a Livestock Equipment Technician to help undertake and manage the increasing technical workload.
In this role you will:
- The position involves regular travel, typically involving 2-3 overnight stays per week. Ideally, you would be based in the Central North Island or Waikato area

Responsibilities:
- Train customers on farm in the use of the equipment
- On-farm servicing of the company’s products
- Provide phone and online technical support to customers
- Facilitate delivery of equipment to customers
- Assist with the preparation and assembly of equipment when required
- Contribute to the overall company culture by living our values
Skills:
- A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential
- Ideally, you will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in the livestock industry
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate with a positive attitude
