How do I return an item?
If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
Call UK 0800 249 4568 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
Carefully box the item with adequate packing and ship to:
Te Pari Products UK Ltd – Returns Dept.
2 Arran Road, Perth, PH1 3DZ
Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.
Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing.
No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
