If you enjoy a mix of time on-farm and in the office, understand sheep and cattle operations, and get a real buzz from closing deals that genuinely help farmers — this could be your next move!

About Te Pari

Te Pari is a global leader in livestock handling and animal management systems, trusted by farmers around the world. Family-owned, innovation-led, and growing fast across UK, we design and manufacture equipment that makes farming safer, faster, and more efficient.

With continued growth in the UK market, we’re looking for a Product Specialist to represent our product range directly to farmers throughout Scotland.

The Role

This is a hands-on sales role where relationships matter. You’ll be out on-farm demonstrating equipment, understanding customer needs, and managing the full sales process from first call to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Selling sheep and cattle handling systems and yards direct to farmers
  • Managing the full sales cycle — enquiries, site visits, quotes, and follow-up through to fulfilment
  • Becoming a true product expert across the Te Pari range
  • Owning your opportunities from start to finish
  • Building long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral sales
  • Keeping CRM records up to date and following sales processes
  • Representing the Te Pari brand and living our values every day

Regular travel is part of the role, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys being out on the road and hands-on with farmers in the field.

About You

You’re commercially sharp, people-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for agriculture and rural communities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A proven sales background (5+ years preferred) with solid results
  • Confidence running on-farm demonstrations and site visits
  • High motivation, resilience, and a “get it done” attitude
  • Strong time management and the ability to work remotely
  • Comfort using CRM systems and technology
  • A competitive edge — you like winning and pushing for more

What’s In It For You?

  • Competitive salary package plus company vehicle
  • Private use of company vehicle
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team culture
  • Bonus incentive scheme
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Career progression opportunities
  • A stable, family-owned business with big growth plans

If you’ve got the drive, credibility, and passion to represent a world-class livestock brand — we want to hear from you.
