3-Way Auto Sorting Module

Take your sorting to the next level by upgrading to pneumatic powered automatic control of your sorting gates. Pneumatic rams are mounted on the sorting gate module so the gates can be opened and closed automatically via integration with your scale system and also manually via remote control.

The Auto Sort System only powers the sorting gates and utilises your existing, manually operated weigh crate or Cattle Chute.

This system will auto sort by weight or other criteria from your Scale System or you can manually operate it by remote control. The remote controls the two sorting gates manually and allows you to override the Scale System sorting decision.

Auto sorting by weight or EID tag data will greatly increase the efficiency and accuracy of your sorting by eliminating the ‘on the spot decisions’ helping you improve labour efficiency, safety and stock management.

• Connects to common brands of scales including Te Pari, Tru-Test and Gallagher.
• Simple to use controls for drafting via scale system plus manual controls and remote control.
• The remote controls the two drafting gates manually and allows you to override the Scale System drafting decision.
• The Te Pari Auto Draft Gate System requires a compressor and power supply.
• We recommend a compressor that has 10cfm or 350 litres per minutes pump displacement and a 50L tank.
• Free air delivery at 90PSI should be 8.76 CFM or 248L/Min.
• The power supply can be connected to a 12V battery or a normal power socket.
