Shipping & Returns

Order direct on our website to anywhere in Canada & United States and shipping is charged at cost.


  • Most of our deliveries are shipped via Fedex Ground, which will only deliver to a street address. Fedex Ground cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • All charges for any redelivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.
  • In the unlikely event of any damage or shortage to your order, please note it on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Contact our customer service department and they will promptly take care of any issues.
  • Additional charges may be incurred for special crate packaging. Any additional charges will be communicated via phone or email.

How do I return an Item?

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Call 800-315-0433 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
  • Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
  • Carefully box the item with adequate packing. Ship box to:

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing.
  • No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
  • If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
