Our delivery and freight charges are structured based on location and product size to provide cost-effective options for all customers.

Cattle Chutes and Racewell Delivery:

Delivery to your ranch from our Warehouse in Idaho is charged as per your quotation.

Products that fit in a Courier Bag or Box:

Courier products include: Dosing Guns, Docking Irons, Scale Indicators, Parts and Accessories.

For online orders from customers based in Idaho & neighbouring states freight is charged at $18 + sales taxes.
For online orders from customers based in the Mid West states freight is charged at $25 + sales taxes.
For online orders from customers based in the Eastern states or Canada freight is charged at $30 + sales taxes.

Heavy and/or Large Products:

Heavy products include: Load Bars, Load Cells, Large Parts and Accessories.

For Heavy Product online orders from customers based in Idaho & neighbouring states freight is charged at $60 + sales taxes.
For Heavy Product online orders from customers based in the Mid West states freight is charged at $100 + sales taxes.
For Heavy Product online orders from customers based in the Eastern states or Canada freight is charged at $180 + sales taxes.

If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

Call 800-315-0433 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
Carefully box the item with adequate packing. Ship box to:

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.

Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing.
No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
