Easy-to-use overhead winch for lifting back legs to safe working height. The heavy duty winch features a clutch system that enables you to have good leverage for lifting the cow as well as safety when releasing it.

Front Hoof Blocks and belly strap

Front hoof blocks with a locking safety winch allows the front leg to be pulled onto a wooden block for safe and easy handling. The wopa block is an optional upgrade for on the front - it is a well known product in NZ.

Front winch for belly strap provides support to cow when front hooves are being worked on.

The quiet, simple locking system of the C1000 Headbail with neck yoke provide excellent restraint. The sheeted doors also provide a visual barrier. When the doors are partially open the floor to ceiling gap encourages the animal forward. This headbail uses a simple quiet friction locking system that automatically locks in any position, to ensure your cattle work is easy.

The Kick Bar protects the operator from getting kicked by the cows back feet when working on the front hooves. The kick bar can be fitted at two different positions to suit the size of the animal.

The Heavy Duty Slam latches are just that. The parts are hot dip galvanised and are assembled with a stainless steel spring to ensure long life. The cam action makes opening easy even if the gate is under load. They enable fast and easy access to the animal.

The Hoof Handler Crush give you the ability to safely access the animal, with a number of different access gates. In the front there is a top access gate, great for accessing the belly of the animal. At the bottom there is an access gate for the hoof area, this can also be removed. At the back we have the rump gate which can be used for mothering on calves.

An option on Hoof Handler cattle crushes is the Vet back section, this extra space with it’s own gate provides safe access to the back of the cow.

The Te Pari Hoof Handler is available in a Vet or Vetless option and has superb facilities for hoof paring whilst giving excellent access to all other areas of the cow for vet work and general handling. The vet model has an extra section at the rear of the crush that gives you more room to work behind the cow. The rear sliding gate is an optional upgrade on the vet model.
