Shipping is FREE every day of the week if you place your order online! No minimum amount, no coupon code required.
It's that simple... No minimums. No kidding. If your order is urgent contact us for delivery cost.
Free Shipping applies to the lowest cost carrier only and cannot be applied to expedited shipping services. Most of our deliveries are shipped via Courier, which will only deliver to a street address. We recommend you do not select delivery to a P.O. Box.
All charges for any re-delivery or refusal of the shipment are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the customer's original method of payment.
In the unlikely event of any damage or shortage to your order, please note it on the freight bill and accept the delivery. Contact our customer service department and they will promptly take care of any issues.
Additional charges may be incurred for special crate packaging. Any additional charges will be communicated via phone or email.
Large items that cannot go on a courier will be delivered to your nearest Mainfreight Depot. Large items include Tailing chutes, headbails, all gates, loadbars, and any item over 25kg. If you are unsure about the delivery please ask.
Items not available for order on the website or ordered over the phone may incur delivery charges
How do I return an Item?
If you need to return and/or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
Call 0800-837-274 to obtain authorization. This is required so that we can ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches our warehouse.
Send a copy of your invoice and circle the item being returned.
Carefully box the item with adequate packing. Ship box to:

Indicate if you would prefer: exchange, or credit on credit card refund. Remember, shipping costs are not refunded.
Items returned outside of 30 days will be reviewed upon receipt and credit may be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. Determination of issuing credit will depend on the condition of the product and its original packing.
No credit will be issued for used, damaged or obsolete items.
If a shipment is refused, the shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
