What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day finance operations across our global teams
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with payments, credit card transactions, and reconciliations
  • Following up on outstanding payments in a professional and friendly way
  • Helping with small orders and maintaining clear records
  • Pitching in with general admin tasks and team projects

You’ll be fully supported with training and the chance to grow into more responsibility over time.

Hours for this role are negotiable – we’re open to finding a schedule that works for the right person.

Who You Are

  • A natural organiser with great attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions and learn
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Reliable, efficient, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions
  • Previous experience in finance admin is welcome, but not essential
