Our Purpose

Real Food, Better Life

At Te Pari, we believe Farmers are the world's lifeblood, and we strive to provide them with the tools they need to be more productive, cost-effective, and profitable.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to be a global market leader of seamless solutions for livestock producers delivered and backed with trustworthy customer support.

Our History

Humble Beginings

In 1997, the Blampied family started a company in West Auckland, New Zealand, tinkering with cattle head bails and other products for local beef farmers. After purchasing Te Pari from the French family, the Blampied family expanded Te Pari's range of products and grew the business into the world-leading supplier of livestock handling equipment it is today.

Our Family

100% family owned.

Te Pari has been 100% owned by the Blampied family for three generations, and family values are at the core of everything we do.

At Te Pari, we have a diverse team of nearly 150 employees from around the world, and we value the unique contributions and perspectives of everyone in our team.

We believe in fostering an excellent work environment for our team and offer generous compensation and ample chances for personal and professional growth.

"The biggest asset in this company is the staff. You can automate, you can put in robots, you can put in automatic cutting, but you've got to have staff, and you've got to have reliable staff. That's one of our very core values." - Doug Blampied.
