The Titan Range has Pneumatic or Hydraulic power to take cattle handling to a new level. The Titan hot-dip galvanised steel frame is robust enough to deal with any animal you put up against it. Combined with powered operation, the Titan ensures optimal safety for the operator and the animal and in turn improves labour efficiency, ease of animal id and stock management. Parallel Squeeze

The Te Pari Squeeze System moves the side gates together to reduce the animal compartment from 30 inches to 16 inches and is operated with an easy-to-use powered lever. The Squeeze System moves the gates upwards on a vertical linkage helping provide support to the animal – ideal for calving. This system is excellent for weighing young stock as it helps prevent them turning around. The Squeeze System is also ideal for larger animals when calving or undertaking breeding procedures as it prevents unwanted animal movement.

Control Console

The control panel at the rear of the chute is standard on all Titans. This control panel allows you to mount your weigh scale at an ideal height. A lockable cover fits to the front of the control panel keeping the weigh scale and control units out of the weather and secured from theft. Also included in the control panel is a storage tray for your tools, tags and belongings, and a cupboard where the air regulators, EID reader control units, battery and the like are conveniently stored out of the way. For hydraulic models of the Titan the lever controls are mounted at waist height for easy operation.

Kick operated vet gate latch

The lower half of the vet access gate on the Titan Chute is kick operated for ease of use. This means the operator can open the gate easily with their foot without having to bend down to open the gate latch.

3 Piece Side Gate

The 3 piece side gate has 5 different ways to open for excellent access to the whole animal inside. The side can be opened as 1 whole piece for sorting, the bottom sheeted section of the gate can be opened for mothering on a calf or checking feet. The top half of the gate can be opened in 1 piece or 2 pieces depending on the animal access required.

Split Sliding Entry Gate

All Titan chutes feature a split entry gate which is fully sheeted to provide a visual barrier. The compact design removes the overhead obstructions making for a safer work environment. No bottom track on the gate means that any build up of mud won’t affect the gate operating. Having the gates split from the center makes for a more efficient opening and closing which improves animal throughput.

The Titan Chute is available with either Pneumatic or Hydraulic Powered Controls. Both options have the rear control console which provides a convenient place to mount your scale indicator as well as having a lockable storage cupboard below.

Titan AL Chute

The Titan is the ‘must-have’ chute for large beef/dairy producers and stud stock operations. With pneumatic operation, the Titan chute gives you complete control of all functions of the chute without having to step away from the rear control console.

Pneumatic rams open and close the split entry gate, the head gate and parallel squeeze. With proportional control over the head gate and parallel squeeze, handling cattle big or small is no trouble at all.

Titan HY Chute

Hydraulic Powered with Manual Lever Control
Hydraulic control is the ultimate in terms of all round performance of your cattle chute, producing a ‘vice-like’ grip and being virtually silent when operating. The Titan HY features hydraulic control of the head gate, sliding gate and parallel squeeze with the option to add additional hydraulic functions such as chin lifters, and sorting gates. 12 metres of hosing ensures the power pack can be located away from the chute to reduce noise. Each valve has a separate pressure relief system for animal safety. The Titan HY is at the top of the class as a standout performer.

Sternum Bar

The Sternum Bar bolts onto the floor of your Te Pari Chute and prevents animals from going down while in the chute. The curved galvanised steel pipe design is strong, easy to fit and removable.

Optional Head Scoop

This Head Scoop option lifts the animals head and holds it in place securely to make administering oral medication easier.

QuikDose Backline Applicator

The new QuikDose Backliner mounts at the top of your cattle chute and attaches to the Te Pari Dosing Gun for easy, safe and quick application of any pour on treatments. The QuikDose Backliner can be attached to a Revolution Smart Gun allowing you to accurately treat your cattle based on their actual weight. The unique and patented dual chamber drip free tube runs on low pressure and can handle any treatment type.
