Tilt Kit for Sheep Handlers

  • Provides up to 90 degrees for easier crutching position
  • Tilt is operated by foot so does not interfere with holding handpiece when dagging
  • Tilt stops automatically when pressure on foot pedal is released for added safety
  • Transforms existing handlers to side tilt operation
  • Tile ram concealed under floor - no exposed rams to work around

Sheep Unit Front Extension

  • Extends the weigh platform at the front of the unit
  • Provides for weighing and capsule drenching simultaneously
  • No need to remove when using the tilt
  • Rubber lined

Anti-backing Hook

  • Stops sheep backing up when released from clamp during weighing and/or capsule drenching
  • Reduces manpower andn speeds up throughout
  • Can be turned off when dagging
  • Automatically activated by eye sensor

Daggers Mate

  • Simply hang up handpiece - automatically disconnects power to handpiece when placed into slot
  • Automatically starts handpiece when picked up
  • Speeds up dagging time - you don't need to wait for your handpiece to 'wind down'
  • Reduces man power and increases efficiency

Small Backing Gates

  • Improves race flow
  • Set at shoulder height, sheep will push under and gravity drops the backing gate back into position
  • Gates on each side recommended however can be used singly in some situations
  • Hot-dipped galvanised
  • Mounted on an angle to work by gravity activation
